We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards through our secure ordering system (PayPal). Right now we only accept orders through PayPal which also gives you an E-check option. If you would rather send a check, you can send it to the address listed below for returns, and as soon as your check clears, we will send out your order.

At Skein Scene, we respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information and we will only use your information to process your order, provide service, and share offerings with you. We provide secure ordering through PayPal to ensure you have the highest protection of your information.

   Terms and Conditions of Sale

    We offer a 14 day return policy. If for some reason you do not like the product you purchased, you can return it within the first 14 
    days after you receive it. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we made an error in the shipment.

Shipping Information
 
Shipping prices are calculated for orders within the United States and through Paypal.* We ship either First Class Mail, which is a 3-5 business day service, USPS Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 business day service in the US, or UPS for larger sized packages. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion due to special situations.
 
Our Shipping Charges vary for orders outside of the U.S. If the shipping charge exceeds the amount paid, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount, through Paypal.
 
All orders received before 5pm, Central Standard Time will generally ship out the very next day, except weekends, unless there is an issue with your order. If there is an issue, you will be contacted by the email address you provided to PayPal.

  Sales Tax

  We charge a tax rate of 8.25% for orders shipping to or in the state of Texas.

   Knitting Books & Pattern Corrections

  We make all possible effort to obtain all knitting pattern corrections associated with the patterns and books we sell.  When we
   receive this correction information, it will be made available to you on the Errata Reference Listing For All Books page, listed by
   yarn designer and book name.  If you are purchasing a book from us that is not contained in that list, then, to the best of our
   knowledge, there are no corrections available for that book.
